The following terms and conditions set out the legal basis on which we sell our products through our website www.drawking.com. “We” and “us” refer to Lyceum Gifts Ltd. “You” refers to the purchasing customer.
By using this website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We may amend these terms at our discretion.
1. About Us
Lyceum Gifts Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom. Our company registration number is 10042180.

2. Our Products
2.1 Our products are bespoke and personalised. They are treated as such under consumer rights and trading law.
2.2 The images shown on the website are examples of completed drawings produced for previous customers.
2.3 We work with artists globally. Artists may produce drawings using traditional methods (e.g. pencil, charcoal, watercolour) or digital tools, and may use editing software to enhance colour and contrast.
2.4 We do not hold copies of, nor receive, the original artwork from the artist. Artists scan the completed drawing and send it to us digitally. It is then printed using our high-resolution printers before being dispatched to you.
2.5 We endeavour to package our products as securely as possible to prevent damage in transit.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 We provide guides on the website to help you through each step of the ordering process. Please follow these guides when placing your order.
3.2 An order is deemed to have been placed once you have selected a product and entered your payment details.
4. Changing or Cancelling an Order
4.1 You may cancel your order at any time before production has begun. Once your order has been passed to the artist, we are unable to cancel it.
4.2 To request changes to an order, please contact us at support@drawking.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible within the production timeframe.
4.3 Please check all spellings and details carefully when placing your order.
4.4 Please follow the photograph guidelines available on the website before placing your order. We do not accept responsibility for photographs submitted that are of poor quality or do not accurately represent the person(s) to be drawn.
4.5 If you wish to make changes after your drawing has been produced, we may agree to do so at our discretion. In most cases we are happy to help, but we cannot guarantee that post-production requests will be accommodated.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Under consumer law, personalised products are non-refundable.
5.2 Your order consists of a digital product (your drawing delivered via email or social media). This is non-refundable.
5.3 You may also purchase a printed copy of your drawing. The cost of the printed copy may be refunded if it arrives faulty or if you no longer require it.
6. Our Right to Cancel
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. If we do, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
7. Delivery
7.1 Your digital product will be delivered electronically upon completion.
7.2 If you have ordered a printed copy, it will be dispatched once you have approved the digital version.
7.3 Delivery of printed copies typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch, as advised by the delivery company.
7.4 We are not responsible for delivery times that fall outside of these estimates. Tracking information will be provided so that you can monitor your delivery.
7.5 At our discretion, we may send a replacement copy at our expense if we believe your order has been lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Copyright and Ownership
8.1 We retain the copyright of all products we produce.
8.2 By purchasing a product, you receive a personal, royalty-free licence to use it.
8.3 Commercial use of any product requires our written permission. Unauthorised commercial use is a breach of these terms.
8.4 You may reproduce your digital product without limit for personal use.
8.5 We may use any product we produce for promotional or advertising purposes. You may request that your product be excluded from such use, and we will endeavour to honour that request at our discretion.
